Over Travel limit Alarm 119A

How do I get rid of this alarm my machine will not run.

See if there is a overtravel release or bypass button on the operator panel. If so hold it in while you handle or jog it off the overtravel switch. Sometimes it only works in handle. This should then clear the alarm with reset. Sometimes the tool builder will wire in a bypass switch in or on the control panel that you can flip and then the axis will move off the switch.

I used a Okuma vertical cnc mill, i write manual drilling program

all of the time.I know the g&m codes but want to write some manual mill simple program for slots, radii&outside milling.Just show me the main line:g?x y z r q d?f i also know that there is i&j for radius show me the caculation to interpeting the values.
