More info needed. Most likley the prox switch needs to be adjusted on the back end of the hydralic acuator for the chuck.

I think you might need to reverse a switch or hydraulic valve to change the pressure switch input from inner/outer clamping. see manual for chucking signals.

only one led can be lit at a time depending on whether you are trying to chuck od or id if you were chucking od and need to change to id clamp down on nothing the led will go off move the opposite led until the light goes on unclamp the chuck the light will go off again at this point you can adjust it until it goes on again

uno prendido ala ves.

cuando estas cambiando od o id por ejemplo, cuando lo chuck conla maquina chuck nada las dos led se apagan necesitas ajustar opusto led asta que la luz prenda y necesitas un chuck y eneste punto led se apagara entonses ajusta la luz asta que prenda cuando la luz esta prendida no se prendera la alarma

You need to make sure that when you are writing your program in IGF, on the screen where you enter your jaw dimensions, live center idmensions and so forth, that you tell it you are chucking on the ID.

Then you need to go into your parameters mode. Item down one page and enter 1 for the value on OD/ID chucking.

it's the same screen where you tell whether you're using your tailstock or not.
