troubleshooting at cutting for mazak super turbo x36 hi-pro

awp.srl.romania (86.35.32.180) -

hi we are an engeneering company from Romania.

We use for our production an mazak laser cutting machine x36 hi-pro, and we do have problems with it from the moment we started to cut with.

The issue is that we set the machine from the manual exactly and we still have cutting problems such as:the first for example 40-45 pieces are extraordinary good but after the machine start to do the pircing too big, the gap is too big it look like an welding machine when it start to pierce.

We try everything is possible from the manual and no result.

Another thing is somethimes the first edge when it start the cut also apear like an weld.

I look at the nozzle and it is ok the laser is exactly in center.

The true is the nozzle is a little bit old and it have on the surface some marks what they look like it was hit.

We do not understand why the machine is running well and after a few cuts is going wrong.

We thank for your understanding and if you could give us some hints we will be very thankfull

Hi!

We had similar problem some years ago.

The fact was that the amperimeter was showing a higher amper than the normal, I mean, it was working i the red area.

Check it!
