Receive my sincere regards. In the month of September I had the opportunity of being in Chicago for the second time at the IMTS 08 Fair in The United States. This trip was made in order to get some representations for tool machines, industrial robots, and mainly CNC machines. I saw you at the stand I know what the level of quality of MAZAK machines means worldwide. In the case in my country PERU, the current presence of MAZAK is not stable like years before.
From the company DOOSAN of Korea, I have picked MAZAK from clients that you used to work with before, in category companies such HIDROSTAL, BOYLES BROSS DIAMANTINA ETC.
I placed machines such as turning center and vertical machining center. I can number some of the machines sold: a PUMA MX 3000 with 7 axels, three lathes Puma 280LM with motorized tools, three upright centers MV 4020, a Horizontal center HM 630, some lathes Puma 240, Puma 300 LM including other ones as DOOSAN. I mention all these points since I indirectly manage all the operations in PERU, CHILE has the representation.
We are well organized as a company, we have been in this market for more than 20 years in tool machines in general and currently we have three years in CNC machines.
We have well prepared Peruvian technicians and Mechatronics independently from the ones from CHILE, who give support to our clients when it is necessary.
Our CNC market has taken an indisputable industrial growth; we are in the best moment of advanced technology with an industrial capacity with wide possibilities of developing, changing, and replacing with CNC machines. In the short term that I had to commercialize DOOSAN machines and the MASTERCAM software we have achieved presence and great stability among the commercializes of CNC machines, we have now the dominium of big and important industrial companies and we compete in a medium-size level companies that are many, knowing that the DOOSAN product is more expensive than the technician support, the constant advise we give our clients and the quality of machines with which we have managed to assert authority.
Unfortunately we do not work directly with DOOSAN and we have some difficulties with the commercial management with CHILE, for this reason I express our desire of working with you as your representative branch in my country, seeing that MAZAK does not have an effective presence like before and it has lost in some way many sales.
It is of my interest to have the opportunity of taking the representation, we know we will have good sales of MAZAK machines; we have clients with ISO 9001, 14001 that are interested in working with your machines, there is a big demand in buying CNC machines and we could tell you that next year we have a formula to place over 30 machines. Right now I am about to sell a new MX with 5 2, 500MM axels, I know you have similar machines with indisputable quality.
Our office is in Jr. Manuel Ugarteche # 2746 – Pueblo Libre with a division at the same place, one with an academic preparation in CNC us drilling; lathing and Mastercam for engineers and operators of different companies which we sold machines to before or independently to the ones who want to buy our CNC machines.
