Mid 1990's to Now Developed RC servo controllers. Knowledge in designing circuit boards. We now are designing and having made custom for K2 a board that will control Servo Motors for CNC machines.
Late 1990's Helped programming add-on software called "Glyph" for a software called Ideas Used in manufacturing. Glyph allowed Ideas to use trutype fonts to made 3D letterings into the CAD process. Knowledgeable in Visual Basic, C++, and other programming languages.
After 1990 Design, Manufactured and tested Automation machines for a big name brand sprinkler company - The machines valued from $25,000-$150,000. Machines were used to assemble sprinkler heads. Various parts numbering from 1-over 8 parts; screws, plastic, rubber, metal pre-made parts were assembled using pneumatics, motors, indexers, precision mini drills, screw machines, location and orientation cameras, touch screens, light sensors, safety switches, relays and linear guides such as rails and shafts. You might have one of the black and green products that were assembled by our automation machines in your front yard.
Around 1998-Now Before the movie fast and the furious. We were designing after market parts for cars, ATV’s, and anything that customers wanted to make out of aluminum 6061. Designed and manufactured items such as pulleys, cam gears, and headers for ATVs, A-Arms and other cosmetics and engine parts.
