Corel Draw DXF Problems!!!

My CNC Router accepts DXF Files and I am trying to use corel draw X3 to create them. However, no matter what I do, when I try to load the dxf file, it will only show the outline. Is ANYONE else out there using coreldraw to do this? Is anyone having more luck than me doing this??? Please help!!!
