HT23J Lathe - Alarm 431 Axis Stroke Limit reached

I am getting an alarm 431 - Axis Stroke limit when I run my finish OD tool. It happens when I feed to Z0.0 to start a radius on the OD and Face of the part.

Using a DNMG 431 insert(.0156 rad.)

I got the rough OD tool to rough it out, but cannot get the finish OD tool to run.

Any help would be appreciated.
