Alarm 28 Please Help

I was wondering if you can help me out? I have a Hitachie Seiki HT20 with a Seicos control. I am running a production job when all of the sudden I get a door open alarm. I removed the bar on the door that hits the switch. Then I get an alarm 28 Spindle stop incompleted. I had a service tech in when it happened before but he don't know what he did to get it to go away. If you have any advice, I would greatly appreciate it
