ACGC2 Sync error

Roh from Colombo -

It is HT20 SII. I get Alarm323:ACGC2 Sync error!!
Controller is Yasnac LX3 running Seiki Multi.
Could anybody tell me what causes this message?

INFO ON ACGC2 SYNC ERROR
ALARM 323 IS A CPU FAIL ALARM WHICH HAPPENS INTERMITENTLY ON SOME CONTROLS
IT CAN BE RESET BY CHANGING PARAMETER 6014 BIT 5 = 0
