We have Gleason 175 HC Bevel Gear Cutting machine. This machine has GE FANUC 150-M system. Machine has 6 axis. This machine only run (Program) through MMC screen. With the power On we get MMC screen first. According to gear which is to be cut , we have to feed in gear parameters in respective fields which is called as Summary. ( developed by Gleason,usa.) WE can not approach for the change in part program. This part program is only visible in CNC screen while running the auto cycle .

Now for calibration purpose we want to run only A- Axis which is work head of this machine. We want to make a small program by which this only A-axis will run through part program which we want to make.

pls give some guidance in this?
