Communication breakdown between Makino MC65 and PC

Michael Pauter (70.183.96.71) -

RS232 communication error, machine alarms out with "Interface Error"

Previously communicated with an AT 286 tower that crapped out and was replaced with a 1U server using Predator software. Also have the ability to use MachineLink, neither application is successful.

Any ideas? How do I access the machine side RS232 setup? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
