Hello,
I need some help.
My name is Tom Brooks, Greenwood, Indiana . I have a Fanuc A06B-6055-H218 that I am having trouble repairing. It was turned over to me after a local repair house did not have any luck. Where I am at now, I have changed out all IGBT's and other bad components including some on the top board. We had a regen problem. The drive would run fine but would not regen to a stop.
What I am unsure of is internal wiring from the SCR's to the 2 internal braking resistors.
At this point I am afraid to power up and run and stop a motor under a load without confirming the wiring.
Would you happen to have an internal layout of this drive and be willing to help us out? Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
