11M fauc Manuals with spindle drive.

Dear sir ,

I have Kitamura machine purchasing from germany in run condition at last months.This machine 11M fanuc system.But manuals are not getting.

But this machine wiring dismental from machine side At the time of machine shifting from Germany to India. But manuals are not coming from germany.Connect all connectors & continuty of wiring check .

Please tell me what are the cauases of this ( AL-02)

Alarm.I am checking all feedback wiring from spindle drive to I/O board & connector also. Any oter point to need check please tell me .

At the time machine ON spindle drive display show (000000).Then, referance all axis X, Y, Z, .After referance all axis go to MDI mode & command M03 S500; OR M03 S1000; Gear shifting is ok but sudenlly EX08 Spindle srvo alarm is come on Display & ON spindle Drive (AL-02)alarm.

Also check all I/O board wiring continuty.

Please Help me on this Alarm . I am waiting for your answer.

And what are the price of new set of Fanuc 11M system & Spindle Drive manual. If you have then please send prices.

Alarm 02 (AL-02) Excessive Speed Deviation

Causes

Overload, transistor module is damaged, loose connections, error with speed feedback signal, blown fuse.

Remedy

Replace parts, check connections, review cutting conditions.

Solution for ur problem is already given by Mr sukanta.

I am facing a atc problem on kitamura my center 2 with 30 tool atc, tool counting is not proper, confirm 6 bit encoder and found ok and I required pmc data table , can u pl mention ur machine model no as well as ur contact no .

dear sir,

i am facing problem in bridge type milling machine, problem is that when power off spindle come down 4mm. and system is fanuc 11m
