096 p/s alarm

HENDO from USA -

I have a old (1989) Pratt & Whiteny robo tape mate.

during a set up, I was touching off tools useing tool change button, tool 1 o.k, tool 2 o.k., tool 3 o.k. tool 4 stopped in the turret change half way.

530 Z+ over travel alarm

1006 tool unclamp alarm

I got rid of those alarms and now I get a

096 P/S alarm when I try to change tools.

I believe (but do not know for sure)that maybe the machine doesn't know what tool it is on.

I do not have a manual.

would anyone know how to restore the turret or fix this problem........Please advise and thank you for your support.

Push

Key DGNOS/ PARAM until Parameter appears

Use Page key until Setting 2 appears

Push key MDI

Highlight PWE

If PWE is flashing

type 1 ( enable)

push INPUT

ALARM 100 appears

Move to Parameter number 128

Type the actual Toolnumber of the Toolchanger push INPUT

Go back to PARAMETER PWE and type 0.

Push RESET and good luck
