Lost Memory

Hello,

SN 9510954 Fadal 2216

While editing a program, control went berzerk .

Tool dropped out of spindle and control locked.

Emergency stop did nothing.

Turned off machine and got this message:

"UNRECOVERABLE MEMORY

ERROR AT 3800

USE THE 'NE' CMD TO CLEAR MEMORY"

I turned machine off at this point.

Please advise.
