Help!I have a Bumotec CNC milling machine (S91)Machine year 2001. We had a electric spark in the building electricty system and since then, the machine is displaying on the main NUM processer, with a red light light over the word HALT. Also, the screen only flickers for a second, but then it goes blank. It looks like all the software in the NUM controller etc has disapeared. Does anyone have any views? I would appreciate any help in this matter. I have no copy of the software, and wouldn't know how to load it.

The problem seems to be with the Auto Card , as you say that there was a electric short circuit , there are EEPROMS in the auto card and probably due to the short circuit the data might have been deleted. You will have to reload the data in the Auto card.Try first by just pressing the CHAR button on the processor board then on the crt a page comes there you have many options indicated , then press the option clear RAM then after that press shift and XOff key on the key board you will go back to the same page , then press option Initialise if even after this the Systems does not boot you will have to load the data in the Auto card

HELP! I have a 1996 Pegasus 306 CNC on the front of my terminal it reads NUM 1060. It was working fine until we moved the machine to a different shop. Now when I boot the computer. It has bus error. There is red light on the des led which I think indicates a fault on the card. I already tried pressing raz button on power supply rack in the main rack but nothing. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Dear sir, as you discuss in this article that you have 4 machines with controller NUM750, if you replace any one of card i.e memory or process card then alarm will displaced on crt unit "RE-Initilise Table , Press Y or N . if you press y than all your machine parameter will vanish. you can replace two card i.e. memory card & personality module at a time (small pcb card on process card) . thanks Ravidas Mate

Hello, I have a CNC NUM 1062W for glass cutting. The two(2) internal 1, 2V ni-cd battery wend under voltage. I replaced then with new one and the machine asked for RAM clear. I answered YES and after this step the machine has no program inside. I have a PC connected with the NUM 1062W. Does any one know how to reprogramm the CNC from the PC or any other way? I think a have the backup program to my PC. Thanks a lot.
