Cutting out printed substrates with EnRoute

Hi-

I have Enroute3 and Art Path software and a Gerber Sabre 408 CNC table router.

We have a vendor that will print graphics directly onto sheets of plastic. I need to figure out a way to cut them out with the router. Does anyone know how to do something like this?
