communication break down between dnc machine and computer

nitis pooasa (61.7.164.13) -

we have the problem on mitsubishi wire cut machine the communication between dnc rs232c and
computer can not connect we check on connector
wiring is ok from computer it used db25 and dnc
machine used db25 please advise me to fix for this problem

I have just got a com set up with our mitsubishi wire 110ha I had to go into the rs232 setup in the machine to make it work, Hit the (Machining data) key then soft key #9 or (next menu) then soft key #2 or (RS-para.) and there you can make the changes good luck DEAN
